🔑 I can't log in
Use “Forgot password” on the log in screen. If you signed up with a phone number, the reset goes to the recovery email you gave us. Still stuck? Email us from that address.
🚩 I want to report someone or a plan
Open their profile or the plan and tap Report at the bottom. You can also block them there. Our team reads every report. If you can't get into the app, email us.
🗑️ I want to delete my account
In the app: Me, then Edit profile, then Your data, then “Delete my account”. Your profile, photos, plans and messages are removed. If you can't log in, email us from your account's address and we will do it for you.
🗂️ I want a copy of my data
In the app: Me, then Edit profile, then Your data, then “Download my data”.
🔔 I'm not getting notifications
Open the bell and tap “Turn on” for this device. On an iPhone, add the site to your Home Screen first, or use the app.
🛟 Something happened at a meetup
If anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number first. Then report the member in the app or email us, and we will act on it.
